It was raining. Found water around bathroom/bedroom wall. Opened up wall and some of bedroom ceiling. Water was coming from vent pipe that was in place for original washer/dryer location. Previously, this was routed through the floor but parts were removed when working on the bathroom. Cutting and capping the vent pipe fixes the leak.
